Description
I was driving down Henry St at Orchard Street tonight at 5:30, when I saw a little white poodle or bichon mix running on the sidewalk. I tried to get it, but he was scared, shivering & soaking wet. He kept running from me & I was scared he would run into traffic. I hope this little doggie finds his way home. I hated leaving him.

i'm not sure if these are the same dog, since the one i found doesn't seem neglected.
i called animal control, they said they were closing, and would be closed for the holiday. and they also said if it's not an emergency, there's nothing they could do. ?! i was genuinely baffled by that.
