Thank you for reporting how the traffic signal at Harvard and Michelson is performing. We have confirmed that all systems are functioning properly at the referenced location. This traffic signal has different timing plans throughout the day in response to traffic demands. Your observation of about a two minute time for the signal to change is accurate for the morning and evening peak periods. The amount of time for the traffic signals to change to green was determined to allow for the maximum number of cars to proceed through the intersection.
