So this is the THIRD time this winter that someone has called in on my car. It is STILL not abandoned. Please stop using this tool to harass me. I work from home and dont need to leave every day. There are thousands of people in this city who also work from home and dont instantly move their car once it snows.

A case could be made for harassment.

Actually, this guy named pedestrian is impersonating me and filing a false report.

He's trolling my comments and changing his user name to match mine. Further, these people are harassing this lady and probably violating Americans with Disability Act.

This is my car. I have owned it for 20 years. All of my neighbors know it is my car. This guy is just trying to harass me. I talked with Traffic Control and they put notes in the file in case he does it again.

This is a troll who thinks he has a new toy. But guess what dude - it doesnt work. Every time they come, i just talk to them and they go away. Feel free to keep it up if it makes you feel better.
