Hey City of Raleigh, isn't there any concern for safety issues when a restaurant totally blocks a sidewalk? It's bad enough when other restaurants make it an obstacle course to walk through but they completely enclosed the entire sidewalk. I have heard that you enforce the rule for other locations downtown, why not this one?

It was the same last weekend as well. I understand they have a permit for outdoor seating, but this is too much.

More and more I see the city ignoring these Click and Fix issues.
These people need to act responsibly or get the heck out of the way and let someone else take over.

Sorry we never responded to this!!! A number of SCF issues have been lost in the system and are just now being recovered. Our zoning inspectors are working with several downtown businesses to make sure they conform to their Private Use of Public Space permits that govern clear space along the sidewalks.
