Description

A parking control sign restricting parking to 1 hour has been defaced so that it is not legible. Due to the failure of parking enforcement officer to proactively report them, the space has become lived-in by a vagrant vehicle. Deficiency reported to City of Portland PDXRoads@portlandoregon.gov.
