    I own a property at 340 Amberidge Trail. A new house being built at 325 River Valley Rd which created a 10-12" water run off pipe that Dumps onto my property as well as a neighbors without previous notification. It appears that erosion will be significant and am questioning whether or not it is a code violation in addition to being concerned that i was not notified that this work would be done which will affect my property.

    Cars back up on Dunwoody club Drive extensively. there just isn't enough time to allow the cars to get onto Spalding Drive because of driver lag. when the momentum gets going, the light turns red and doesn't allow the line of traffic to empty.
