Street Signs Acknowledged720 Lemon St Vallejo, CA 94590, USA - Vallejothere needs to be a 4-way stop at this intersection. For 1, it's at the corner of a park where children may be present but also 2, cars speed up and down Lemon because they just can. but also 3, the intersection is set on a hill therefore creating blindspots for vehicles traveling on 5th Street.

Traffic Signals Archived976a Admiral Callaghan Ln Vallejo, CA 94591, USA - Vallejorequesting a traffic signal be installed at the other entry/exit into the target center shopping area. vehicles exiting the shopping center cannot see oncoming traffic to the left due to trees blocking the sight of the road. having another controlled intersection will alleviate the main entrance. in addition, when the Starbucks drive thru line gets long, it actually blocks a working traffic lane blocking access to the road. cars have to maneuver around each other.

Sidewalk Open153 Plaza Dr Vallejo, CA 94591, USA - VallejoIn general, shopping center isn't very pedestrian friendly, and this would be a perfect example. There is a sidewalk on both sides of the street coming from Plaza Drive and abruptly stops halfway through. Assuming that cars are parked there, once the sidewalk ends, pedestrians are forced to walk into the street. A simple solution would be to eliminate the parking stalls on that stretch of road and extend the sidewalks all the way to the Ulta/DSW sidewalk. If car stalls are absolutely necessary on that stretch of road, then consider having parallel parking rather than 90° parking as 90° parking eats up a lot of space. Either way, there's no shortage of carpark surface lot available.
