    This property has not been maintained for the last decade The owner does not care about the crime and trash his property attracts Two years ago after multiple fires and property crimes occurred the city took action to demolish one of the buildings on this property It is time for the city to take action again I would like to see the property owner fined for being a nuisance Since we know he will not pay the fine, the city can add it to the existing tax leans and seize the property We have spent too much money and time adding security to the neighboring buildings waiting for the owner to take responsibility for his inaction
