    Multiple Black trash bags left underneath the "No Dumping Sign" on Devlin at Columbus Parkway. Guess the 'phantom dumper' believes they are invincible. This is the 5th report I have made.

    At the bottom corner of Devlin, at Columbus Parkway, a chest and other items have been pushed off to the side of the roadway and spill into the bush-creek area so that they are sort-of out-of-sight. But illegal dumping none-the-less.

    1030-1040 Redwood Street Vallejo, California - Vallejo
    Street Light Nr. 5013 in front of address 1030 Redwood; light arm with light is dangling from the pole, held in place by the wires it appears. No information on how the damage occurred, whether was malice or just metal fatigue. Light arm and possibly light need repair.

    20+ black garbage bags and other refuse at the bottom of the hill, corner of Devlin & Columbus Parkway. This is my 2nd report, same are in the space of two days. I am shocked and amazed at the audacity of the individual doing this. I certainly hope he/she/it can be caught.

    household goods, tv, papers, fabrics, garbage and general trash dumped at the corner of Devlin and Columbus Parkway. This is an all too favorite target for some dumper who thinks this is his/her favorite spot. Too bad it can't be electronically monitored.

    Illegal dumpers compromised the combination lock on the North Parking Lot, entered the lot, and dumped mattresses, beds, hutches, chairs, sinks, general trash, freezer, refrigerator, etc., adjacent to an existing Recology dumpster at night, 11-12 May 2017. Materials will be removed 15 May. Making the report because can use clicfix and this is not the first incident.
