Transients have literally removed the plywood fence and have the chain link fence broken open. I saw two trucks the other day hauling in truckloads of furniture and junk. It's
Been years, we have been getting the run around about "HOPE" team reaching out yet they are are moving in to stay. What is actually being accomplished with the army corps of engineers? Have we simply allowed squatters to move into the "no tresspassing" prado forest? Meanwhile, they are starting fires, crawling into our neighborhoods and stealing catalytic converters from underneath trucks,
    Vehicle thefts,
Etc etc while the city does NOTHING that provides a real solution.

Tons of illegal dumping, plywood, trash and other junk just dumped near the access gate over the overpass bridge. It’s located on the north side of the roadway next to the west bound lane where there is a dirt pathway. Please clean up all of this trash left behind by transients.

Homeless park their vehicles at stagecoach park, parking lot, I’ve seen them for the past 3 days get out of their cars and walk into the woods with furniture and appliances. City of corona municipal code states that parks are closed after 10:30 for all law abiding citizens. Does this not apply to homeless illegally parking?
  • Stagecoach Rd Corona 92880, United States - Corona
Transients park their cars in the stagecoach park for nights at a time. The park signs state it closes at 10pm yet there are constantly transients hanging out and parked there until very late hours into the am.

So, its official. Transients are back with a vengeance. Seems like the latest, “encouragement to move” sweep lasted a day or two. Rincon rd is now
Riddled with trash. A transient personally told me many returned to the rincon/smith area and many are simply relocated west behind the airport. This area has an even bigger forest area close to many homes. Bigger forest = Bigger fire. I saw at least 4 carry their stuff back there (see additional picture) I am tired, disappointed, and defeated.

I know they are working on getting all of the transjents out still. However, is there anything that can be done about the amount of trash that riddled along both shoulders of this road from rincon and smith to rincon and corydon? The trash keeps going east on rincon passing smith but it is VERY concentrated in the area mentioned above.

Please schedule a trash pickup. It is a horrible eye sore. And I know it is federal army corps of engineers land but I’m not even talking about deep into the woods or anything, I’m referring to the immediate shoulder of the road the little dirt path right next to the pavement it is riddled with trash and it is her Renda’s. Get this cleaned up! Some of the trash blows into the roadway with the wind

Transient explosion! Never before seen numbers. They are spilling out of the forest now. I saw at least 12 in the span of 5 seconds during one trip down this road! This is officially CORONA SKID ROW. I officially regret buying a house here. This is a NIGHTMARE.

3-4 acre fire in the transient encampments! Several transients seen drinking green 40oz bottles in public in this area last night. Bottles are still scattered on shoulder of the road. Transient are still moving in and have been spotting moving entire car loads of personal property into their safe haven forest.

We are DESPERATELY awaiting change. Lets keep our faith and hopes high people! CPD and HOPE team are diligently working on this. 🇺🇸

    Homeless Village Revealed
  • 1494 W Rincon St Corona 92880, United States - Corona

We have seen their tents, their trash, the beer on the roadways, we have barely missed them with our cars when they zoom out of the forest on their bikes and still have the audacity to flip us off. Now according to the news reports, they are setting fires and endangering our homes! What more is it going to take to get these people out of our backyards!? They will cook their food, meth and heroin in our forests! Light their cigarettes on a daily basis.

    No more homeless camps!

Tons or homeless moving into the woods. Ive seen almost 3 get hit when they zoom out of the woods on bikes or on foot. They leave trash, feces, shopping carts etc. I just moved from OC near the riverbed because of homeless stealing and looking for crimes of opportunity. If we dont get them out now they will start another fire, victimize adults/kids and bring the neighborhood down. They are rude, aggressive and inconsiderate.

Homeless living in the woods. They constantly zoom in and out of this intersection on their bikes. They leave trash waist and other disgusting things along the roadway. They’re extremely aggressive, rude, and have a very frantic looks to their faces as if they are on drugs. The residents here are sick of dealing with these people. Please get them out of the woods they are going to start a fire and or hurt someone jogging at night. This is unacceptable we are paying way too much and worked too hard to have this literally in our backyard.

Both shoulders and sides of the roadway on W Rincon St between N Smith Avenue and Corydon Ave are lined with trash! It doesn't take much for the city to just pick up the trash that's lined on the shoulders. I know that one side of Rincon St is adjacent to the Army Corps land but that doesn't mean that he city can't pick up trash that's along the shoulder. I'm my asking for you to go deep into the government land but at least pick up the trash next to the city street and on the other side of the street too! It looks terrible and brings down the look to a great stagecoach neighborhood.
