At least two big piles of landscaping debris along with two rolls of filter fabric in the lot itself as well as remnants of a silver or gray colored tarp that once covered a boat stored on the property and a metal sign left over from when the state owned the property before handing it over to the city.

    Bituminous patch over repaired water main leak is sinking. Also, who ever did the repair failed to clean up after themselves as they left gravel between the sidewalk and the curb and on the hillside next to the sidewalk.
