The type of debris has changed, but two years in and this is still a dangerous building site. Are there no obligations to make progress or clean up a site in a building permit? How long is the community expected to tolerate a building site as a neighbor? This is the third report I have made.

This is a follow-up request. While the restaurant seating has been removed, there still a dangerous situation on 2067 Mass Ave (North). The pavement is uneven with a ridge that deviates the path of bicycles. There is a pinch-point that forces bikes against the curb as cars center themselves in the travel lane.

I completely understand that bikes can take up the whole lane (and it is signed that way), but that is NOT what happens. Vehicles going straight center themselves in the lane even if the is a bike on their right and pinch the bike between the vehicle and the curb. This is one of the few places that does not have a bike lane.

Last night a bus centered themselves in the lane (there was a car in the middle lane) and squeezed a cyclist (I am not sure if there was physical contact or not) - but it is an incredibly dangerous situation and someone is going to get hurt (if them fall under the vehicle that is squeezing down).

While I do believe the bus driver was in the wrong (and the cyclist caught up with the bus and spoke to the driver), in reality it is due to extremely poor roadway design that creates a hazardous situation.

Construction waste being tipped into catch basin at house on corner of Cameron and Seven Pines.

I know the intersection of Cameron Avenue and Seven Pines is on the Cambridge/Somerville border - but I think the Cities need to come together to create a solution. There are accidents at this interstate frequently and two in the last two days attended by Cambridge Police. A four-way stop is the most obviously solution that would mitigate this accident hotspot.

The light was adjusted today and the light is as bad as ever - photo is from a 3rd floor bedroom. It seems like there could be a different kind of light, or it could be placed close to the streets and directed back towards the commercial building.

The light at 38 Cameron Avenue is directed up rather than down at the parking and shines across the street (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Picture is from 3rd floor bedroom. We have written to the building manager, but no response.
