One on Brewer dr. at Nolensville rd. Pole 12722003 is out. One on Brewer dr. at Wessex dr. Pole 12723010 cuts on and off. One on Ocala dr. at Wessex dr. Pole 12723004 cuts on and off. One on Tusculum rd. at Colemont dr. Pole 12713060 is out. One on W side of Keeley dr. just NW of Colemont dr. Pole 12714046 cuts on and off. One on the N side of Bart dr. between Keeley dr. and Olivia dr. Pole 12714061 cuts on and off. One on Mt. View rd. in the 5100 block Pole 12821029 right in the curve is out. One on Mt. View rd. on top of the hill at the intersection of the old entrance to Hickory Hollow on the sears side of the mall Pole 12822001 is out. And a suggestion: On the corner (Mazda side) of Bell rd. and Mt. View intersection is a pole that for some reason they skipped when putting up street lights on Bell rd. that causes the intersection its self to be dark. I have seen countless cars run clean over the middle concrete barrier on Bell rd. turning NE toward Murfreesboro rd. from Mt. View because its hard to see where the edge ends and the lane begins. Lighting up that intersection would help or at least painting the end of the median yellow so it can be seen.

One in the 5100 block of Mt. View rd. pole 12821029 right in the curve is out. One at the intersection of Cain ridge (HH pky.) and Una Antioch pk. pole 12716027 is out. One at intersection of Shihmen dr. and Bart dr. pole 12715021 cuts on and off. One at the intersection of Tomarand rd. and Bart dr. pole 12715024 cuts on and off. and Two on each side of Brewer dr. at Tusculum rd. pole 12713032 cuts on and off (this pole also has bushes growing around it making it difficult to see traffic coming from the west on Tusculum when turning out of Brewer). And pole 12713033 is out.
  • 5050 Blue Hole Road Nashville, Tennessee - Antioch
9 lights out along Bluehole rd. in front of the school and especially all but one in the greenway parking lot at the end of the football field by the bridge. Pole numbers are 12716041, this particular one flickers on and off. Theses are just out 12716095, 12716096, 12716098, 12716099, 12726006, 12726061, 12726063, 12726107

Some one swept this one under the carpet by closing it and archiving the report so no one can comment. Nothing has been done as to date unless its on a list to be taken care of (benefit of the doubt) This is a 3 year old pic so you can imagine what it looks like now. either way ALL this needs to be cut to the GROUND. I would grab a chainsaw and do it my self just to help out but my luck I would be arrested for destruction of property or something stupid like trespassing on the city right of way. It's only going to get worse as the years go by so nip it in the bud and CUT IT TO THE GROUND!!!!
  • Tusculum Rd. At Blue Hole Rd Antioch, Tennessee - Antioch
On the North corner of Tusculum rd. and Blue Hole rd. is a line of brush that, especially in the summer, blocks the view to the left of people who want to turn right from Tusculum rd. on to Blue Hole rd. It's hard to determine the oncoming traffic crossing the I-24 bridge coming toward you from the left unless you pull way out into the intersection. At night I use the reflection of head lights on the bridge rail to determine if anything is coming but during the day you are on your own. Theres no reason for the brush to even be there at all and should all be cleared away completely or at least cut down to the level of the guard rail in front of it from Tusculum rd. all the way to the bridge so you can see over it.
  • 2500-2562 Antioch Pike Nashville, Tennessee - Antioch
Traffic backs up to Haywood ln. on Antioch pk. and past Tusculum on Blue Hole rd. EVERY DAY!! Not only does it take FOREVER to get through but, the intersections at Blue Hole rd. and Antioch pk., through the railroad tracks, to Una Antioch pk. and Cane Ridge rd. (HH pky) have DETERIORATED severely. The pavement has buckled and it is extremely bumpy and the lines are warn away. At the least that section needs to be paved and re-marked. It would be nice to have Traffic lights at both intersections timed to alleviate the traffic in stead of the useless stop signs.
Suggestion, what I would like to see happen is Antioch pk. widened to 4 lanes from Haywood ln. and bridged over Blue Hole rd., and the railroad, and connected up to HH pky behind the old Antioch football field which would also be 4 laned on out to Bell rd. This way Blue Hole rd. would become a side street along with Una Antioch pk. off of Antioch pk. Mt View rd. would not stop and would just continue to Una Antioch pk. eliminating the wrecks from people missing the stop and plowing the guard rail at the bottom of the hill. Also, Widen Antioch pk. from Harding pl. to McCall st. to 4 lanes thus creating a 4 lane corridor on Antioch pk. from Nolensville rd. all the way to I-24. Just a thought....
  • Shihmen Dr At Tusculum Rd Antioch, TN - Antioch
Could use a signal or 3 way stop at this intersection. Sometimes its impossible to turn off Shihmen onto Tusculum. No sooner as traffic clears from one direction you turn your head and its coming from the other or you sit behind ten other cars waiting on them to be able to get out. Not toi mention the speed at which cars come down the hill on Tusculum.
  • On Blue Hole Rd At Antioch Pk Antioch, TN - Antioch

UPDATE: 8/03/12 Lights are still out at:

All have been fixed but it took 8 months to fix 13 lights, 10 of which were on the same street all within about a mile and a half strech!? You figure 1 truck 1 or 2 days once the work order was issued (espeacily since I provided the pole numbers to all the lights) but a couple here a couple there over 8 months??? Govt. inefficiency at its finest!!
