    Between the wall of the property and the fence of the walking trail there have been many unhoused using this as a short cut and place to relive themselves. The fence is still unlocked and wide open to allow people to walk through.
    People are defecating multiple times per day and the smell is getting bad to the point of smelling it from the back door of the house.
    The gate needs to be secured and fence repaired from a fire reported from a previous complaint.

    Behind property wall between 6713 and 6709 Zimmerman Ave ne.
    The fence between the property line and walking trail burned and allowed an opening for people to get into the area and camp.
    This was reported previously and the camp was cleared, but a different group has returned.
    The gate seems to be open allowing them to freely enter and leave. A lock may have to be replaced.

    City task force is useless in dealing with this alley. Transients, needles, tents, fires, trash has all been reported to 311, APD, Mayors office, task force and City Council in this specific alley over the past 2 years.. nothing has been done to curb these issues in this particular alley. f
