    when will be something done to have this seriously looked at? this woman constantly brings in more trash to this location, is seen a lot of times showing indecent exposure and by not wearing shirts or pants, and has been seen going to the bathroom right in the front yard! i have this as my view as i’m waking up in the morning or going to work. i am so tired of hearing her banging her trash at night when i try to sleep. i am so tired of it.

It is the worst case of blight I have ever seen, including in my travels to other countries.I believe the inhabitants are constantly poisoning the rats, thereby poisoning cats, birds and dogs. The filth is unimaginable. The hazard posed to public safety is likewise unimaginable, poisoning the entire neighborhood. It appears there are people living illegally in the back.
