    There is a sinkhole developing on Park Blvd across from St. James that is about 6" deep and getting deeper. It is likely associated with work that was recently completed in that location and I suspect related to leaking water pipes. It is dangerous due to its location in the street and depth. At a minimum promenant barricades should be erected until it's repaired. Really, take a look, this one is bad.

    Chatham Rd is the onramp to 580 West in this area. Chatham is a failed road. It is full of potholes. Many potholes are filled, but the road is still in extremely bad shape. It is dangerous for bicycles. This section will damage car tires.

    My home driveway is frequently block or partially blocked by either parked or double parked cars in my neighborhood. Since my driveway is very narrow and the street is also narrow, this makes it either impossible or extremely difficult for me to drive my car off my property. A neighborhood Cordinator suggested submitting a request for parking "T's." I am open to other suggestions available. Thank you.

    There are 8 to 10 potholes between 13th Ave. and Park Street on Chatham. I just don't understand why they don't repay this entire stretch of road. Filling pothole after pothole must be more expensive.

    The last patch lasted longer, but has given way again.

    I suspect that a leaky sewer line is causing the repeated collapses.

    Not yet as bad as last time, but getting worse.

    This problem is on a bike route.

    Brighton Ave, north of Park Blvd, between Hwys 13/580 is riddled with potholes and deteriorating asphalt. A very serious problem is the gravel which comes loose and cascades down the street. It creates traction problems for vehicles (one actually slipped backwards and hit another car) and for pedestrians who slip and injure themselves on the steep, gravelly pavement.
