When traveling North River Road from Mount Clemens, the 2nd traffic signal (at westbound I-94 exit/entrance ramps) is very difficult to see. Drivers have to look up while virtually underneath the signal to see which light is lit. The added light diffusers are basically worthless, and only serve to diminish the effectiveness of the traffic signal for drivers traveling outbound on North River Road.
