We not only need a Left Turn Arrow here, but also a Left Turn Lane would be helpful. Now that they built the Meijer store directly across from that intersection point, west-bound Church traffic is much heavier than it was before.

Next time they do road work at that intersection, additional space for a dedicated left turn lane from Church to Groesbeck should be allocated, as well.
