Sharraxaadda

The patrons of the Nigerian Kitchen are often loitering outside in groups of 10-12 at a time despite the fact that there is not a patio at this location. Moreover, they are hanging outside past patio hours (11:30 PM on Sundays and 1:00 AM on weekend nights). These individuals are extremely loud, often shouting, and are causing extreme noise disturbance for anyone who lives within several blocks of this restaurant. They are also loitering in the parking lot of the laundromat next door.

I have tried calling the business during these disturbances and the phone continually rings with no answer. This has resorted to me having to call the police in order to gain any relief and be able to sleep in my own home. I would like to see this business conduct themselves in a neighborly way, which is absolutely not the case at this point in time.

Any help you can provide on this situation is appreciated.
