Description
Every Saturday a group gathers with loud speakers blaring hateful messages on the corner of Martin and Blount in Moore Square. This directly impacts all park goers in addition to the apartments next door where it sounds like a they are standing in your living room shouting at you. Please enforce maximum decibels they can blare their message. It is completely debilitating for those nearby.

This acoustic assault has been occurring for a year now and is getting worse. Now adding loud music during and between speakers. Begins before 1 pm and runs constant until around 7 pm. Six hours!
Group is filming for their YouTube channel and not interacting with passerbys except to stand guard. Suggest their permit be relocated to the SE corner of Moore Square where there are no residents, businesses, outdoor diners, and less tourist foot traffic to disrupt. Way too loud!

Had been done countless times via the non-emergency number by residents and perhaps businesses. Sometimes they do respond, observe and measure, speak to the group and the sound is reduced to loud-but-tolerable. So the group knows the acceptable volume level. But as soon as they are gone the volume is right back to “11”.
For 6+ hours every Saturday. This group is not self-policing and no one is sitting on them for the entire six-hour session.
Really suggest relocating their permit to another corner of Moore Square further away from residents, businesses, outside diners, and the major entrance into Moore Square park. Also not a good city impression on the tourist traffic passing through that corner.
