Why are city police permitted to urinate on the side of the bridge while on duty, when I would be ticketed for doing the same?

Who says they're permitted to do that? Did you, by any chance, call the police station to confirm that what the officer did was 'company policy'? Or maybe confirm that they're giving their officers sufficient breaks? Or that the officer doesn't have a UTI or something?
Or did you just run to the computer to whine in here?

Like a common drunk?
it is one thing to be drunk in public and urinating on someone's lawn, and a completely different issue when a Police Officer is REQUIRED to stay in position, can't leave, and has to go...
