There has been a issue in the alley with trash dumping. A pickup truck that goes around charging people for trash pickup but they don’t take to the land-field instead they dumped in the alley because the neighbor is quite. The trash is usually in the middle of the alley and cars drive over it. I pay someone to gather and clean the mess. Anyway I am inviting in a camera because it is recurrent.
