Opis
This is a marked pedestrian and bicycle route to Skyline Ridge trails that someone has taken upon themselves to put up barriers. These do not appear to be from the City. It’s causing a safety issue for pedestrians and bicyclists trying to maneuver around it down the wash.

Yah I looked up the CA law…and I’m pretty sure it would be the person that put them up and held liable and not the city that would be sued if someone were to get hurt.
Welp, leave it up to one person to ruin it for so many that’s used it for years. ESP it’s the safer route for kids to get across so they don’t have to ride on the sidewalks where people walk or alongside Foothill traffic.
