If this is an abandoned house, WHY is the grass cut in the front yard. I'm tired of the city claiming tearing down houses helps the blight and then the city ABANDONS the properties and the empty lot gets overgrown with bushes and trees and illegal dumping and they look way worse than they did with the abandoned house there. But this yard doesn't look abandoned

I don't see a open door and I don't see any broken windows from the street and they have the windows boarded up that is visible from the street.

The grass along the sidewalk is also cut and trimmed. Someone lives there and this person who is reporting the house is just trying to steal someone's house away from them.
