greetings. for years I have barely avoided many accidents on The kelly drive "path"in part because there is no center line, no signs that say for instance stay right or look behind you when you pass someone. Does anyone know who can be contacted about this or what can be done?

fwiw, the city appears to have contracted someone to paint crosswalk lines on the west river side, i bet the lines eventually make it over down through kelly drive. whether trail users follow the guidance remains to be seen.
there's a larger issue of just letting things manage themselves on the river drives. i'm not a big sign fan but some simple "stay right, pass left" signs would be helpful.
IMHO, the biggest issue on kelly me is the intersection at falls bridge where motorists regularly run the no turn on red into the active crosswalk.
