Red lights at Monroe & Ashland, and Monroe & Ogden are out of sync with the rest of Ogden and Ashland traffic, and traffic is getting backed up and gridlocked. Cars turning south from Ogden to Ashland get backed up, because Monroe light isn't letting enough traffic through before it changes to red. this has been about the last 2 weeks.
