dumpster has not been dumped in over 3 months.building has many commercial tenants including a quasy state agency for children,a church,and many others.dumpster gets loaded and loaded but never emptird ,now there are multiple i believe freon containers strew about the outside whre the garbage is being dumped since the dumpster is full.wind is blowing debris into eastrock,also have seen many rodents about.
