Description
This property is ripe for a violation. It was foreclosed upon in 2008 and acquired in 2009 for the low-bargain price of $20,000. Since the acquisition, the back yard is only mowed only a few times a year.
The grass in the back yard is in excess of 8 inches tall. Rats, groundhogs and ducks proudly call this wildlife habitat their home.

Also, there's a white S-10 or GMC pickup that hasn't moved a long time parked on the grass of the front yard. It possibly has a tree growing out of the back bed.
Those who put a little work into their yard would love to see something done.
