Inspected. Edge of road washed out. Repair and install asphalt curbing.

Would it be possible while repairing the road to put a small asphalt”lip” along my driveway to divert the rainwater coming down the hill away from my property? I don’t know what else to do to rectify this problem. Please advise!

Inspected. State road in process of restoring curbing and drives.

Foxon Hill Rd is not a state road so I thought the city would be addressing this problem. Called Public Works and was told problem was referred to city engineer. Feel like I'm getting the "run a round."
