This matter has been looked into on 11/15 and 11/16. The homeowner has recently purchased and has parked the trailer in the Right Of Way. Business cards were left at the residence in attempt to educate the property owners about the Shoreline Municipal Code, and provide them with subsequent information about the complaint received by the city.
