Description
Woman in black floral shirt, clearly having a mental health crisis. Currently on the corner of 25th and San Pablo by the auto garage, walking into the street and yelling at no one, and is typically in a 1-block radius. I believe this is the same woman I hear yelling for hours at a time all day and night. Hope she is ok (and please do not call 911/police) but she clearly needs access to mental health resources. This person is having long and consistent psychotic episodes/likely suffers from severe schizophrenia. I have been woken up every night this week by her, I assume other people have too. Please send some kind of emergency response team.
