Light blue truck, no front license plate parked and using sidewalk as dumping ground, blocking walkway and trash blowing into adjacent yards. Person living out of truck, has been parked for 7 days without moving. Appliances and debris overflowing onto sidewalk. They are definitely doing drugs and drinking in and around car.
