Per the Covid 19 Shelter in Place order, construction is only to continue on affordable housing units. The house located at 860 22nd Street in Oakland is only a single family home. On several days workers this week workers have arrived and commenced working on various items with 6 to 7 men working closely together coughing and have on no masks. I live in the condos behind the house and I can see debris and other particles floating in the air. It's unsafe during this time and someone needs to enforce this order.
