Oak311 Call Center Neighbor

Two people have been sleeping on the bridge connecting the Coliseum Bart to the Coliseum property. They have many boxes, A-frames, four baby carriages, two pallets, a chair, bike frame, 5-gallon buckets, shopping carts, pool pump, pillows and blankets. These items take up half of the walkway and are causing problems with the ingress/egress of people coming and going from the properties.

Shrub/tree/bush has overgrown the property and hangs out to street. The height of the greenery is also very low where even an average height person would need to duck their head

THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE HAS BEEN PARKED IN THIS SAME SPOT FOR OVER TWO WEEKS ,THUS PREVENTING ANYONE ELSE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC FROM UTILIZING THIS PARKING SPACE. THIS CAR LOOKS TO BE STORED HERE IN THIS SPACE FOR LONG TERM PARKING.

Parking enforcement officer blocked drive way to text for 20 minutes

High shrubs in median block view of oncoming traffic from turn lane, creating a safety hazard.

Says acknowledged but nothing done. Been this way since last year. Though it's in the middle of the street cars sometimes can't avoid it. Damages tires,wheels and alignments. Will the city cover the cost for the car repairs?

There are at least 3 different locations where the sidewalk is raised an inch or more creating a tripping hazard. 1. On Nesau next to the side of Rite Aid and min front of the gym, 2. On Medau near the entrance to the parking garage. 3. On Mountain near a yellow bench on the side of the yogurt shop. I reported the last location over a year ago when I fell face first, my glasses flying off. Nothing has been done there, not even a stripe of yellow paint to mark the hazard. While I was photographing these locations a woman in the steer said she had tripped on Medau across the street and ended up in a boot for a month for injury to her foot. Something needs to be done to take an assessment of the streets in this busy commercial area of Montclair.

Garbage cans are always blocking sidewalk. The cans are NEVER removed and often times are overfilled and cause an impediment to those using the sidewalk.

There are remnants of what appears to be a homeless encampment that caught fire. One item appears to be a completely incinerated box spring. These items have been on the BART platform for at least 8 days. I first witnessed it on April 30th. The items were still there on May 8th which is when this photo was taken. The Athletics just finished a 3 team homestand. I can't believe this mess was left to remain there for over a week. Its a disgrace.

So many garbages and a mattress dumped at the corner of the street.

This vehicle has been parked here for 3 days. It needs to make room for street sweeping. Please have them move or give them a ticket. The license plate is 5SCM253. I’ve also seen them littering in the streets and side walk with pee bottles, cigarettes, and other items, littering in the area.

Tree appears to be dying/shows signs of poor health and constantly has large branches that fall into neighboring yards that have posed safety risks, especially during high winds. I’m concerned the tree may fall during inclement weather or high winds, posing a risk to my property and safety
