Hello,
We do not have a red biohazard red needle box inside of the custodian closet. All sites should have one and we do not. We found a used needle today and didnt any place to dispose of it. Thank you.

There's mold in the tube.

The fence is falling or leaning on the right side of the building.

The fridge in the kitchen is not working properly. The freezer doesn't work.

The door can only be opened from the inside. The lock is jammed as well.

The top door hinges came off. Holes may need wood filler. The hinges on the doors in the office and janitors closet in the outside bathroom also need to be fixed.

Sheffield village rec center porch light is out.

Sewage is coming ouy of over drain. The kitchen is flooded with sewage. Need PWA to come ASAP. The weekend on call crew couldn't do very much.

Door knob loose in interior bathroom door.

The window has profanity scratched in the window.

Play ground water fountain is continously leaking.

A hole in the ground where I the water sprinkler is.

All three of the soap dispenser covers are broken at the center. There's one in the kitchen and one in each bathroom.

the glue used to secure new windows is not strong enough. the windows come detached often

trash and mattress have been dumped.
