Two Street Lights are needed along sidewalk leading to Scaleybark Transit Station, at intersection of Old Pineville Rd and South Blvd and Freeland Lane. The side walk is located along the transit line between Peterson Street and Freeland Lane where many people walk or ride bikes at night to and from the Scaleybark Transit Station. A street crossing from the library on South Blvd. to Old Pineville Rd leads to a dark vacant lot and the Southend Exteriors building.
