Can it at least get an acknowledgement after 30 days- now there are four more spots up the street dug up by scgc and water company that don't even have asphalt on them

I also wrote in about this. It gets worse everyday and they were digging a new one today.

Is anyone going to acknowledge this. The permit indicates the contractor paid the city a "patch fee" . It city responsibility to make permanent patch. Work was performed in July of last year.

No acknowledgement in 3 months - why aren't issues being acknowledged?????

I'm with everyone else on this. It has been forever. It is the only one of the 3 or 4 in that immediate area that has not been filled in. The people who were building the new houses have refilled theirs in as is the one other one that is there.

I have bypassed SeeClick Fix as I am getting nowhere.

I received an email from the Alder in the area who has met with at Jeff at Public Works- there seems to be some confusion as to who is actually responsible for this particular repair. Utility may have subcontracted work, which changes who follows up. Alder Richard Furlow is on top of this and will provide a followup shortly.
