Does this mean that there were will be a drainage inspection in the year 2017?

This situation with the stinky liquid pooled at the gutter pan for the past few months in the same spot has been formally reported to Richmond Utilities Mgmt Team (20020934790) so that proper inspection and consideration can take place for a potential line break. Updates or follow through can also be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000 also.

3/31/2014 - This location was re-inspected by Richmond Utilities Mgmt Team and they noted there is not problems with sewage or water line breaks. Water that was setting on sidewalk is rolling down to curb and gutter pan section and settling at gutter pans that are uneven and holding water making it stagnate. A request has been submitted to Richmond Concrete Mgmt Team (20020934836) so that uneven sections of gutter pan which are even can be replaced to allow water flow to the drain inlets - rtt

There remains a very large amount of standing water present. What is the estimated time frame for this fix? Thanks.

Stagnate water in CG due to leaves and negative slope in gutter on entire block. Basin were open at the time of the assessment but Storm water not able to reach basin. Several homeowners have cut trenches in the utility strip to drain the water from the side walk. Notice one DPU customer service tech onsite at the time of assessment on Avondale see photo. No work for DPU Storm water Division.
