This is being referred to the Parks and Recreation Department. When they have responded an update will be posted.

Per Parks & Recreation, they do not have any pet waste station on Fayetteville Street at this time. This is maintained by a private company, possibly the company that owns the parking deck.

I'll be happy to pass this over to the owners of the deck

Response from the company: "Thank you for the info. The weekends are the cause of this issue with all the overflow. The landscaping crew we have comes usually midweek and we are trying to reschedule the pickup days due to this issue."

They're usually very quick to address issues, so hopefully this will be cleared up soon!
