Hello, my name is Zack Medford and I am one of the owners of Coglins. Thank you for the feedback.
I am a little confused, we don't have anyone even scheduled to arrive until 4pm daily and we don't open our doors until 4:30pm. Even when we open, we keep our music at a low level during the daytime hours because people want to be able to hold a conversation.

I just made a trip over to the folks who have offices above us to make sure they weren't having any problems. The folks at 224 Fayetteville street were pretty confused by this complaint as well, as they haven't had any sound issues.
