Like a new dog in the neighborhood, Sayan has been marking trees, sidewalks, streets, posts, and reflectors throughout the Springs/Rollingwood area including Maywood, Delwood, Grapewood, Cottonwood and part of Georgia St. There are also competitor markings throughout this area as well. Could a major sweep be done of these streets to remove it all?

Good comment. I've reported him already about 15 times or so, hoping to:
a) demoralize him from the constant removal of his imagined legacy
b) get the city's attention that this guy is a constant nuisance who the VPD should make an effort to stop before he once again engages in property damage.

Thanks everyone for the information! Our Maintenance Workers take pictures of all graffiti and tagging to be used as evidence against the perpetrator(s) when they are apprehended.
