When traffic headed north on Hwy 9 (N Main St) is stopped by the signal at the intersection at Cumming Street, it takes about 1 minute and 24 seconds to finally get a green light again. The traffic turning from Cumming St onto Hwy 9 gets green for a short while, then the southbound Hwy 9 traffic gets a green light and left-arrow for a LONG time, far longer than is necessary. I have observed this behavior around 7:10 am each weekday. Please consider modifying the timing of this signal to reduce the amount of time the southbound Hwy 9 traffic has the green left-arrow.
