The existing curb ramp and the sidewalks leading to the curb ramp are in terrible condition to such a degree that anyone using a wheelchair, stroller scooter, wagon, etc. could be at risk of injury. This particular corner is in need of repair if not complete replacement of sidewalks and curb ramp. The photo tells it all.
If the COR wants downtown as a destination it has to make it safe for all.
