That trailer was on El Dorado Friday morning with flat tires. It was moved to Illinois St by evening. There are people coming and going from the RV.

Vallejo has a big mess to clean up all over the city you see blight and abandoned cars not only for days but month after month not enough being done for Our Respectable Citizens...

This is getting a little worse than abandoned cars people living in their cars defecating urinating in the street. Naked sitting in the cars. Trash all over the place. The city has to take law and order
