Again...it would be nice if downtown residents had an advocate..besides a tax payer funded 'non-profit', that only cares about bringing bars, clubs, and restaurants downtown.....

Captain, Oh Captain (Council), where is RPD when we need them? Do you need more officers walking the streets? If so, please let us know, and the residents will push for them.....I'd rather the money residents pay in the business overlay tax go to a new police officer or two.
