There is a black infiniti Fx50 car that has been parked in pool parking lot for almost a week and no one has moved it.

This would not be an issue for the City of Raleigh or RPD as the property is privately owned by the Massey Preserve HOA. It is suggested that you contact your HOA for assistance.
