Description
The home located at 701 S. Boylan Avenue caught fire last year and is currently uninhabitable. Some repair work has been performed since the fire, however, the City has not issued a Certificate of Occupancy, the electric meter has been removed, and I assume the water meter is closed as well. Regardless, people continue to loiter there. Someone chains a dog to the front porch on a regular basis and people continue to congregate there. Can City Inspections Dept. and/or Police Department take measures to ensure that this property isn't a place where people can just hang out until all required permits have been issued? Thank you.
