The issue has not been resolved. This vehicle is still parking illegally on Norris St using the same visitor pass it's been using all year. The long expired registration showing on its plate is an added bonus. I strongly suspect the handicap tag is bogus too.

Vehicles with disability license plates can park in residential areas without a valid permit or visitors pass.

Thank you. At the risk of sounding like a real jerk, I've seen the driver and the kid looks like a marathon runner. I know you can't always tell though. Note that the plate expired last year. If there was sufficient parking on Norris St. I would have dropped this long ago. Is there a way to confirm that the driver is not gaming the system?
