Deskripsyon

The sidewalk on Harris Houston rd in front of Hunting Creek Development is in need of repair. Grass has grown over sections of it. While walking this summer I have seen. 2 copperhead snakes in the overgrown grass sections of that sidewalk

I was told they checked the sidewalk and do not consider the cracks a safety hazard. I was also told neighbors should mow the grass because the city is not responsible for the grass beside the sidewalk although the grass is not part of the neighbors yard. Only in Charlotte Nc.
