Thank you for reporting! Public Works has one full-time Maintenance worker whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. This person usually makes 2 or more trips to the dump everyday, with each load weighing in around 1,200 pounds. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.
There is no Jeffery street. There is a Jeffery alley. Please advise us of where on Jeffery alley this issue is. Cross street. # block rearing this location. Thanks.
Sorry, the address was auto-filled in by the Android app. The paint cans are in Jeffery Alley, two houses to the west of Jeffery Alley and Capital (I believe that is the 600 block of Jeffery, but not 100% sure). If you look at the Google Map, the cans are exactly where the pointer is.
Went for a walk yesterday afternoon and was delighted to see the cans were gone. Thanks so much! You guys rock. It's great to see all this garbage/waste getting picked up thanks to the teamwork of citizens and the City of Vallejo. Thanks again.
